Proposed Boatshed for Wesley College and Penrhos College within South Perth Foreshore
DBCA has received an application from Rowe Group, on behalf of Wesley College and Penrhos College to demolish the existing Wesley College boatshed, supporting retaining walls and pedestrian paths, tree removal, landscaping including the planting of mature trees and construct a new boatshed for the co-location of Wesley College and Penrhos College.

The draft report for this proposal has been prepared and is available for download below. Members of the public are invited to read the report and comment on the proposal. The comment period will close on 4 July 2024.
DBCA’s Director General will consider all submissions made before the report is finalised and a recommendation made to the Minister for Environment.
