DBCA has received an application from the South of Perth Yacht Club for the construction of a new jetty and relocation of its existing swing moorings. 

The draft report for this proposal was open to the public for comment between 13 December 2023 and 16 January 2024. Thank you to all who made a submission. 

The final report and recommendation have been reviewed by the Minister for Environment who has made a determination on the proposal. 

The Minister’s determination was signed on 15 May 2024 and is available for download below.
