We've rebuilt our website to improve how we deliver the information that you require.
Here's what's new and updated:
- Homepage:
We've redesigned the homepage to bring you the most relevant news and information from around the department, as well as showcasing the latest projects and programs.
- Search Functionality:
We've improved our website's search functionality to help you find the information you need quickly and easily. Our improved search function provides more accurate and relevant results, making it easier for you to find the content you're looking for. We've also extended the functionality allowing you to view federated results via Google Search. - Content Updates:
We've reviewed and refreshed much of our existing content to ensure its accurate and up to date. We've still got a way to go, so to assist with transparency, these pages are marked with "under review". - Consolidation:
We've migrated information from our legacy Parks and Wildlife website (dpaw.wa.gov.au) to consolidate and centralise information. - Categorisation:
We've updated how we group and categorise information to make it easier for you to navigate our website. We've streamlined our menus so you can quickly find the information you need. Looking to volunteer or engage with our newsletters? Check out the Get involved section. Need to apply for a licence? We've made that information easier to find too. - Related Information:
We've improved how we relate information on our website to provide you with a more comprehensive experience. Related information to the page you're reading will appear at the bottom of each page (if available).
