The management plan details the management arrangements for a 10-year planning period for the Shoalwater Islands Marine Park (the marine park), which was gazetted on 25 May 1990 as a Class A Reserve. The islands within the marine park are vested in the Conservation Commission of Western Australia and are managed in accordance with the Shoalwater Islands Management Plan 1992–2002.
