ApprovedThis ‘A’ class reserve is a 20.6 ha thin strip of land between Hackett Drive and the Swan River’s low water mark, extending from Mounts Bay Road south to the windsurfing ramp past Pelican Point.
A scenic parkland close to the city, it attracts residents of Perth and tourists for picnicking, walking, swimming and boating and provides a link between the University of Western Australia and the Swan River.
The Whadjuk Noongar people are acknowledge as the traditional owners of the area.
